jw8 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the jw8 platform (the "Platform"), including any games, betting markets, features, or services made available through jw8 (accessible at jw8.bio and any associated sub-domains or mirror sites), you ("the User," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the jw8 Platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jw8 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

2. Eligibility

Use of the jw8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jw8 is strictly an 18+ platform. Registration by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited and any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of jw8 is lawful in your jurisdiction. jw8 does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Pakistani users must independently determine the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to them.
4. Single Account: You may maintain only one registered account on jw8. Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person is a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Own Identity: You must register and operate your account exclusively under your own true identity, using accurate, current, and complete personal information.

jw8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot satisfactorily verify eligibility.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features of the jw8 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and promptly update such information.

1. Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jw8 username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
2. Unauthorised Access: You must notify jw8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. jw8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3. KYC Verification: jw8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4. Account Activity: An account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jw8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its fee schedule, following reasonable prior notice to the registered email or mobile number.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jw8 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. jw8 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform.

1. Deposit Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your jw8 wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and twenty-four hours depending on the originating institution's processing times.
2. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. jw8 targets withdrawal processing to JazzCash and Easypaisa within one hour of approval; bank transfers within one business day. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside jw8's control.
3. Payment Method Consistency: jw8 applies a same-payment-method-out principle where possible. Funds deposited via JazzCash will be returned to the same JazzCash account, subject to exceptions permitted under jw8's withdrawal policy.
4. Fraud Prevention: jw8 employs automated and manual fraud detection. Transactions identified as potentially fraudulent may be paused pending investigation. During any investigation, the affected funds will be held and not made available for withdrawal.
5. Currency: All amounts on the jw8 Platform are displayed in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied to your in-platform balance. Crypto deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the confirmed transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jw8 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time of the offer.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitute abuse and will result in all bonus funds being voided and the accounts being reviewed for suspension.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

5. Discretion: jw8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonus funds and derived winnings where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through irregular play patterns, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jw8 Platform operate under the following general rules, supplemented by individual game rules accessible within each game interface:

1. RNG Certification: All electronic casino games (slots, table games, instant-win titles, and fishing games) use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures each outcome is independent and statistically random. The RNG system is subject to periodic independent audits.
2. Live Dealer: Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in professional studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer round, the round will be declared void and stakes returned to players.
3. Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with jw8's Sports Betting Rules, published separately on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, jw8's interpretation of the settlement rules is final.
4. Malfunction: A malfunction in any game voids all pays and plays for the affected round. Any game malfunctions must be reported to jw8 support within 24 hours of occurrence. jw8 will investigate and, where appropriate, restore affected credits.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jw8 Platform. Breach of any provision below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in jw8's software, game engines, or payment systems.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction when registering or at any subsequent point.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud to deposit or wager on jw8.
• Charging back deposits via your bank or payment provider after wagering those funds on the Platform.
• Registering or using jw8 if you are a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or on behalf of another person.

8. Responsible Gaming

jw8 is committed to responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable players, including those with problem gambling tendencies. The following tools are available to all registered jw8 users within account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases take 24 hours to activate.
• Session Time Limits: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined gaming session duration.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders displaying time played and net win/loss during active sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other materials on the jw8 Platform are the property of jw8 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the jw8 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of jw8.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, jw8, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jw8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your jw8 account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jw8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

11. Termination

jw8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (which are illustrative and not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in any form of fraud, cheating, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for an extended period.
• Request under a self-exclusion programme.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds will be processed in accordance with jw8's withdrawal procedures, subject to the resolution of any outstanding investigations.

12. Amendments

jw8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be notified to registered users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of jw8 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were last updated.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules prior to any other legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jw8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
